I just wanted to say that I started Zumba as a way of improving my fittness and maybe having a little fun doing it….
Cardio fittness improved….tick!

Shed a few kilos and improved my muscle tone….Bonus!
Made some great friends along the way…..Priceless!
What I got out of ZUMBA was a whole lot more and then some!!!
