Emilio's work in the world of dance and drama choreography has included numerous individual, duo and troupe work. Latin cabaret dance performances at various cabaret restaurants, including - The Lido Cabaret (Melbourne) - Rio's Brazilian Cabaret Restaurant (Melbourne)   and also at - Palladium, Crown Casino (Melbourne) - The world congress centre (Melbourne) - Live, Crown Casino (Melbourne) - The Next Blue, Crown Casino (Melbourne) - Odeon Lounge, Crown Casino (Melbourne) - Spanish Fiesta Festival (Melbourne), and other various Latin carnivals, street festivals, Latin themes - Private and corporate functions - Latin band show cases     Overseas performances and workshops   - 1998, Barcelona, SPAIN - 1999, Recife, BRAZIL - 1999, Salvador, BRAZIL - 1999, Rio Grande, BRAZIL - 1999, Asuncion, PARAGUAY - 1999, Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA - 1999,  Concepcion, CHILE - 2000, Davao, PHILIPPINES   Recent Dance classes, workshops & peformances - 2010 La Dolce Italia Festival. Performed a Italian/Latin Dance demonstrations and Dance classes, Lygon street Carlton, Melbourne - 2009 La Cantina Latin production. Produced, Directed, Performed and was the MC. Held @ Thornbury Theatre December 5, 2009 - 2009 Spanish Fiesta Melbourne. Performed a Latin Dance Showcase and and was the MC the event held within the Spanish Club Melbourne - 2009 Runners Up, Open Latin Cabaret Competition - Performed a comedy latin showcase @ Copacabana International, Melbourne- 2009 - 2009 International Melbourne Latin Festival . Performing a Latin Dance Showcase performed on April 4 at the Darebin Entertainment Centre Melbourne - 2009 Sydney Salsa Palladium Showcase. Invited to perform at the prestigious event held on 14th March 2009 at Factory Theatre Sydney. - 2009 YMCA Disability Services Event. Held at YMCA Macleod on 28 February 2009. Ela Rose and the team went on win the YMCA Volunteer Award for this event - 2008 La Vida Loca Xmas Special Event. Produced, Directed, Performed and was the MC at the Annual Latin Dance Showcase held at the Spanish Club Melbourne 28th November 2008 - 2008 Spanish Fiesta Melbourne. Performed a Latin Dance Showcase and and was the MC the event held within the Spanish Club Melbourne - 2008 Fusion Latina Program. Performed in the Fusion Latina Xmas Special - 2008 Fusion Latina Program. Performed a dance showcase and Interviewed on the program - 2008 Fusion Latina Program. Presented weekly Latin Dance classes and to viewers of channel 31 (Melbourne) and TVS (Sydney) over a 13 week period (from the 8 June 2008 to 24 August 2008). This seasons program went on to win the following 2009 Antenna Awards - Outstanding CALD Program and Outstanding CALD Producer - 2008 Victorian Media Street Festival, 20th June 2008 - 2008 Victorian Salsa State Titles Guest Judge, held on 14th June 2008 - Stage Production: “Journey to the Centre of Terror Australis”, playing the lead Male Dance role in Contemporary, Latin & Comedy, directed by Kerrie Sinclair, Moat Festival 2008 - Short Film: “Happiness Starts When Morals Stop”, performing Flamenco as the character Joaquin, directed by Celia Furt, screened at Federation Square Melbourne, 2007 - 2007 70’s Xmas Latin stage show, Produced and Directed by Emilio Ricciuti, - 2007 AFL Footy Show Grand Final Edition with Shane Crawford -Opening of ‘LIVE’ at Crown Casino (2007) - Opening of Bailamos Latin Night, Q Room (2007) - Pako Festival, Geelong (2007) - Sustainability Festival, Federation Square (2007) - Winner of the 2006 Latin American Carnival Salsa competition Melbourne (2006) - Spanish Fiesta Festival Melbourne (2006/7) - Ela Rose, a journey through dance. Produced and Directed by Emilio Ricciuti (2005) - Spanish Fiesta Festival Melbourne (2005) - Victorian College of the Arts (2005) - Kilsyth Memorial hall (2005) - Swinburne University Of Technology (2002/2003) - Rowville Italian Club (2003)   Other:   Also involved in Latin dance choreography, from primary school rock eisteddfods to Latin dance troupe productions   Emilio continues to teach latin rhythms at various locations in Melbourne (see dance classes), where emphasis is based on fun and soul connection and is currently in the process of establishing dance, music and drama and exploring connection to self and self expression.   Emilio is currently exploring the relationship between percussion and dance.- incorporating Emilio's life long relationship with percussion and dance rhythms including styles of Flamenco, Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Lambada, Zouk, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Jazz, Hip Hop Funk and other Various rhythms that Emilio has danced throughout his travels around the world
